Welcome to the Kent Orienteering League (KOL) information centre. From here you'll be able to access details and results of all KOL events and keep up to date with any new developments in the League. In addition, you'll be able to access the latest league results as and when they become available.

The KOL was introduced for the 2007/08 season, and is run by the Saxons and DFOK clubs and replaces the popular Saturdays Series League. The League provides a series of friendly, fun orienteering events on Saturdays in Kent and South East London aimed at families, experienced orienteers and complete beginners.

Kent Orienteering League events have a special 'Beginners' course specifically designed for newcomers who have no experience. All necessary equipment can be loaned to you at the event. You do not have to be a member of an orienteering club. We also suggest you contact the organising club a few days before the event to say you are a newcomer. We can then arrange for someone to meet you to explain everything. Alternatively speak to an official at the event.

Courses: Three courses will be available at each event. These are labelled 'Advanced', 'Intermediate', & 'Beginners' and will be of Blue, Light Green and Yellow standards respectively. All events share identical start, registration times and fees, and will use SportIdent electronic punching.

Schools Cup: For the first time, junior competitors shall be able to score points for their school. All School Cup results and updated school league tables will be made available here shortly following the event. The school with the most points at the end of the league shall be awarded the KOL Schools Cup.
